Chileka Airport to Close from 24 April to 24 July 2019 - Malawi

Chileka International Airport’s main runway will undergo rehabilitation works and will be closed from 24 April to 24 July. The auxiliary runway will be operational but can only take small aircraft. Big aircraft operated by Malawian Airlines, Kenyan Airlines, and South African Airways will be diverted to Lilongwe at Kamuzu International Airport.
