Hurricane IAN Gains Strength en route to USA

Intense Hurricane IAN has become a very dangerous storm en route to the United States where it is expected in the next few hours. Winds are currently estimated at 230 km/hr. Storm warnings have been posted for Fort Myers, Tampa, Key West, Orlando, Jacksonville, West Palm Beach, Savannah, Charleston, Myrtle Beach, and Miami.
