• A COVID-19 PCR certificate issued in another country is allowed.

COVID-19 test certificate required?

• No with exceptions

• A test certificate is not required for entry, but the quarantine period can be reduced after presenting a negative COVID-19 test certificate issued within 48-hours of arrival. These travellers will need to have another negative test on the seventh day of quarantine.

• Tourists staying in Andorra for 4 nights or longer must present a negative test result from at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Is quarantine required on arrival?

• All travellers arriving from outside the EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, the United Kingdom, San Marino, Switzerland or the Vatican will be required to go through a 15-day quarantine on arrival. However, the quarantine period can be reduced after presenting a negative COVID-19 test certificate issued within the last 48-hours of arrival. These travellers will need to have another negative test on the seventh day of quarantine.

• There are no direct flights to Andorra. Andorra can be reached by flying into Barcelona, Girona, Toulouse, Lleida, or Perpignan. Travellers arriving Andorra through Barcelona airport must be aware that they have to pass Catalonia (Spain), a risk zone.

• All bars are allowed to open for takeaway services only. However, the sale of alcohol is prohibited after 21:00 (local time). From 24 November, a maximum of two persons can be seated in a table in indoor spaces and four in outdoor spaces.

• General gatherings are limited to a maximum of two people. However, members for the same household are allowed to gather at funerals, weddings, and communions. Organization of events and meetings must adhere to strict hygiene and social distancing norms.

• The use of face masks is compulsory in all public places regardless of whether a 1.5-metre distance can be maintained. Violation may lead to a fine.

• Cultural facilities, except for libraries and movie theatres, are open.

• All recreation, cultural, and sports activities have resumed adhering to strict COVID-19 containment guidelines.

• Gyms and sports centres are open with hygiene and social distancing norms.

• Veterinary consultations, industrial activity, editing and graphics activities, and advertising and staff brokerage agencies are open.

• Cycling professionals are allowed to resume their training.
