Dr. Ronald St. John, Canada's first Director General for the Federal Centre for Emergency Preparedness and Response and consultant to the World Health Organization, saw the need for real-time health and safety information for travelers. As we grew, our focus expanded to address broader risks, including political instability, kidnap & ransom situations, and corporate duty of care obligations.
